“I cannot recommend I Can Lick Any Sonofabitch In The House highly enough.  There are a lot of great things to say about the band and I'm not one given to excessive hyperbole about music. After reviewing thousands of CD's for numerous magazines and seeing more shows than my eardrums care to remember I'm still left stunned by what I Can Lick Any SOB can do. If you like greasy, bluesy rock with a conscience and one hell of a backbeat you really owe it to yourself to give them a listen. The one aspect of the show that had my jaw on the floor was Dave Lipkind's harp work. I grew up with Treat Her Right and Jim Fitting as a musical hero so it was a treat to hear someone else with the phrasing, chops and technique to match (or beat - sorry Jim.) Overall the band played a great set (albeit a short one, damn Wednesday night shows!) and had plenty of good stories about their tour so far. The highlight being Hank Azaria of Simpsons fame showing up for their show in New Orleans, high praise indeed.”
